We are seeking dedicated and compassionate married couples who want to provide live-in care to youth in a residential program. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and promoting their growth through daily care, engaging activities, and by operating in a team environment. The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford (MHCO) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven\u00a0Director of Development and Communications\u00a0to lead fundraising and external communications efforts that sustain and expand life-changing programs for children and families. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of financial development\u2014including annual, major, planned, and grant giving\u2014while also guiding the organization\u2019s brand, messaging, and public voice.<\/p><\/div>

The Director will build and execute a comprehensive advancement strategy, cultivate and steward donor relationships, manage a high-performing development team, and collaborate across departments to drive philanthropic growth. As a member of MHCO\u2019s leadership team, this position plays a critical role in telling MHCO\u2019s story in compelling ways that inspire generosity, partnership, and long-term impact<\/p><\/div>
