Child Care Workers (Available \u2013 Ongoing)<\/strong><\/p>

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate married couples who want to provide live-in care to youth in a residential program. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and promoting their growth through daily care, engaging activities, and by operating in a team environment. On and off duty housing is provided. Part Time Museum Director (Available)<\/strong><\/p>

Applicants for this position must be able to organize archival records and maintain classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials; research and record the origins and historical significance of archival materials; work with public outreach programs, such as tours, workshops, and other MHCO events for residents, staff, and visiting public; understand archival policy guidelines concerning access and use of materials; and provide assistance in researching materials for users requesting archival materials.\u00a0<\/p>

The candidate for this position must\u00a0possess\u00a0a bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Management, Library Science, Museum Science, Archaeology, or a related field.\u00a0\u00a0It is recommended that the\u00a0candidate\u00a0have a knowledge of genealogical\/historical research procedures; working knowledge of HIPPA regulations; experience in maintenance and upkeep of historical site; and experience in working and\u00a0communicating\u00a0with others.\u00a0\u00a0 The person must also\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0the\u00a0ability to do the job\u00a0as well as serve as an Ambassadorial Representative of the agency to the community.\u00a0<\/p>

The applicant must have\u00a0a complete and clear background\u00a0check, a\u00a0physical and TB test,<\/p>

and\u00a0clear drug screening\u00a0as outlined in our policies and procedures and per our licensure agreement.\u00a0\u00a0A valid North Carolina Driver\u2019s License is\u00a0required.\u00a0<\/p>
