Child Care Workers (Available – Ongoing)
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate married couples who want to provide live-in care to youth in a residential program. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and promoting their growth through daily care, engaging activities, and by operating in a team environment. On and off duty housing is provided. The salary range is per person and based on experience with supplements provided for education. The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford (MHCO) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Development and Communications to lead fundraising and external communications efforts that sustain and expand life-changing programs for children and families. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of financial development—including annual, major, planned, and grant giving—while also guiding the organization’s brand, messaging, and public voice.
The Director will build and execute a comprehensive advancement strategy, cultivate and steward donor relationships, manage a high-performing development team, and collaborate across departments to drive philanthropic growth. As a member of MHCO’s leadership team, this position plays a critical role in telling MHCO’s story in compelling ways that inspire generosity, partnership, and long-term impact
