Child Care Workers (Available – Ongoing)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate married couples who want to provide live-in care to youth in a residential program. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and promoting their growth through daily care, engaging activities, and by operating in a team environment. On and off duty housing is provided. The salary range is per person and based on experience with supplements provided for education. Supervisor Clinician (Available)

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to provide supervision and leadership to direct Child Care Workers and residents; provide counsel and related services for resident children and their families; ensure that the mission and implementation of providing quality services to all residents is conducted according to best practices, Agency policies and procedures, and in accordance with existing laws; and finally, provide emergency Child Care Work in the Homes they supervise as needed. Director of Development and Communications
 

The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford (MHCO) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Development and Communications to lead fundraising and external communications efforts that sustain and expand life-changing programs for children and families. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of financial development—including annual, major, planned, and grant giving—while also guiding the organization’s brand, messaging, and public voice.

The Director will build and execute a comprehensive advancement strategy, cultivate and steward donor relationships, manage a high-performing development team, and collaborate across departments to drive philanthropic growth. As a member of MHCO’s leadership team, this position plays a critical role in telling MHCO’s story in compelling ways that inspire generosity, partnership, and long-term impact

Resident Advisor (Female) – Independent Living Program
Live-In | Full-Time 

The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Female Resident Advisor to serve as a live-in mentor and role model for young women ages 18–22 in our Independent Living Program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering young adults as they transition toward independence through education, employment, and life-skills development.

As a Resident Advisor, you will provide daily supervision, guidance, and leadership within a cottage setting, helping residents build practical skills in areas such as academics, employment readiness, budgeting, transportation, wellness, and healthy living. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized service plans and ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment aligned with best practices and accreditation standards.
