Child Care Workers (Available – Ongoing)
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate married couples who want to provide live-in care to youth in a residential program. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and promoting their growth through daily care, engaging activities, and by operating in a team environment. On and off duty housing is provided. The salary range is per person and based on experience with supplements provided for education. Supervisor Clinician (Available)
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to provide supervision and leadership to direct Child Care Workers and residents; provide counsel and related services for resident children and their families; ensure that the mission and implementation of providing quality services to all residents is conducted according to best practices, Agency policies and procedures, and in accordance with existing laws; and finally, provide emergency Child Care Work in the Homes they supervise as needed.
