The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford (MHCO) is proud to announce the launch of Fueling Futures: The Pantry Project, a food drive effort to help ensure that every child on campus continues to experience the comfort, stability, and care they deserve.
For more than 153 years, MHCO has provided a safe place to land for children across North Carolina. Today, that mission continues not only through housing and care, but through the everyday essentials that create a sense of normalcy and belonging. Meals shared around the table are a vital part of that experience.
“This food drive is about more than collecting items—it’s about showing our children that they are supported by a community that cares deeply about their well-being,” said Chris Allabaugh, Chief Executive Officer of MHCO. “Every donation, no matter the size, helps us continue to provide warm meals, full pantries, and peace of mind.”
The Food Drive invites Masons, individuals, businesses, churches, and community groups to come together in support of MHCO’s campus. Donations of nonperishable food items and pantry staples will directly benefit the children who call MHCO home, helping to stock shelves and sustain daily operations.
